A new role is being created for a well established brand within a small Marketing team. This retail business provides a range of products for all ages and are very family focused. With a team of over 40 people company wide, this E Commerce/Digital Manager role is a contract with a view to grow and develop.
This business has been selling its products into major retailers but is now looking to change the business vision and sell products straight to the consumer using online platforms. The Ecommerce Manager will need to create a strategy on what platforms will bring the best ROI and get the brand out there and noticed.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Operational tasks including online products, control, management and logisitics (create, manage and optimise listing for all marketplaces.
Monitor competitor listings and pricing on all marketplaces
Supervision of online customer service and CRM
Work with current Marketing team members and make sure campaigns are in line with strategies
Analyse current business trends and propose ideas to increase traffic and sales
Analyse customer behaviour on site
Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimisation, content creation (guides, banners, HTML templates, and email).
Create, oversee and respond to all affiliate marketing, social media, retargeting and paid search campaign and administrative needs.
The ideal person for this role has to be happy with a 3 month contract initially. 3 years Ecommerce (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Company Website Design and Setup, SEO, etc.) related experience preferred. You should be technical and have excellent written and verbal communication. You should be experienced in digital, have excellent time management and be innovative and see motivated.
