We're excited to be working in partnership with one of Leicestershire's award-winning agencies in their search for an Events Manager, where you'll have the opportunity to support a range of global clients in the delivery of marketing, events, and comms activity!The agency are ambitious and are committed to providing their clients with a solutions focussed approach which delivers results!
They have a reputation in the industry for delivering the absolute best, and are trusted by their clients for their guidance, input and truly can't get enough of their creative ability. It's this approach which means they have a great portfolio of long standing clients!
Here, you'll report into the Account Director and will work in tandem with a super talented marketing team to deliver some amazingly creative solutions for clients from different backgrounds, which include;
- Taking full responsibility for the management, planning and delivery of client event programs, campaigns and projects. This could involve big scale events such as gala's, exhibitions and corporate events.
- You'll be coming up with ideas, bringing them to life and ensuring content fits the messaging of the event.
- Be at the heart of live events, project managing and associated communications to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Ensuring your clients are happy every step of the way through providing consistent updates, taking briefs and tracking work through the agency.
- Ensuring client budgets are managed and maintained, working to agreed margin targets.
- Working with the team to come up with creative solutions to client challenges.

- A background in running and managing top end corporate B2B events.
- You'll have excellent communication skills and can understand how marketing and events work together.
- You'll love organising events, and will work in collaboration and pull the right people together to ensure each event is a success.
- If you're a savvy and creative thinker who is solutions focussed and loves what they do, then consider that box ticked!
- Someone who isn't afraid to get involved in supporting the operations of live events.
- A team-orientated person who can work alongside creative, digital, PR, and logistics professionals to ensure all elements of their client campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
- Last but not least, someone who is cool, calm and collected under pressure. (If you’ve managed events before you know what we mean by this!).
