Pitch have partnered with a digital creative agency, based in Nottinghamshire who are looking for a Senior Account Manager.
The agency are a specialist video content agency who have established themselves within the UK as one of the best. They have worked on major projects for blue-chip clients, international powerhouses and regional household names. They are currently growing in size and recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to ultimately help grow current accounts and explore new revenue streams in the B2C market.
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager that has a background within the world of digital. As well as being a proactive and process-driven people person, the successful candidate will also need a good knowledge of the digital marketing mix. We're looking for someone that can speak the language of this agency's clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure all clients are happy and satisfied and resolve any issues whilst continuously looking for ways of delivering an improved service.
- Build client relationships and become the go-to agency for their video needs
- Implement a video planning service with key accounts.
- Build and manage our retainer based service offering.
- Create and implement client retention plans and growth strategy
- Network effectively within existing client accounts to grow contacts and new business
We are looking for a minimum of 4 years of B2C account management experience, ideally within a digital agency. Experience pitching for new business is also desired.
