A talented Account Director wanted for a leading full-service marketing agency in South Buckinghamshire.
This full service marketing agency are a major player within the industry. They are a team of about 40 people which includes everything from account handlers, developers, designers, copywriters, video designers and social media specialists. This agency have a bias towards the B2B and B2C tech sector however also have some non tech B2B clients on their roster. Their client services team is currently going through some impressive growth due to new business wins which is where you come in. They are a young, fun and collaborative team who all pride themselves on producing fantastic work for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Client Services Director to drive long term client growth
- Lead and develop client strategy from pitch through to delivery and evaluation
- Line manage and mentor a small team
- Financial control of client accounts
- New business and pitching
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 6 years experience within a similar agency
- Line management experience
- Will keep up to date with the latest marketing trends
- Can demonstrate their experience building strong client relationships and strategy
