Proven Account Director required to join this awesome Manchester based Marketing Agency.
To be considered you'll need an outstanding track record at top ranking agencies, leading teams on high profile clients to deliver exceptional integrated campaigns. You'll need to have come through the ranks at leading integrated advertising agencies and have a proven ability to develop joined up campaigns across the mix.
As you'd expect with a role of this nature you'll need to demonstrate not only great leadership qualities, but also a real strategic capability and clear commercial drive. So, a natural ability to develop client trust, drive account growth, deliver pitch winning presentations and nurture the talented team around you is key, and if you can do this then the long term opportunities on offer will be very hard to match.
If successful you'll be delivering truly integrated campaigns from advertising through Direct, digital and brand. Morale is high in this agency, as is cross media thinking. Plus, clients are all leading, often world renowned brands, spanning numerous industry sectors so it's important that you have the ability to adapt to different sectors quickly.
