We're looking for an experienced Group Account Director to join the leadership team of a fabulous integrated agency in beautiful Oxfordshire.

As Group Account Director, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Account Directors, Account Managers and Execs to deliver top class work for a range of clients across broad sectors including FMCG, financial services and automotive.
Output is fully integrated across all marketing channels and you'll be responsible for leading client relationships, really getting under the skin of their business and marketing objectives and developing compelling strategies that exceed expectation.
This agency has a real ambition for growth and as part of the management team, you'll work closely with the MD to identify and convert opportunities that will propel the agency forward. Exciting times.
Core areas of responsibility include:
+ Leading a key client group, working at senior level to provide strategic direction, building true partnerships and developing new areas of opportunity
+ Demonstrating a team mentality and leading from the front - happy to get stuck in to the delivery of campaigns as required
+ Developing, nurturing and mentoring your team to enable their growth and to ensure the very highest levels of output
+ Providing genuine consultancy to clients, taking time to understand their business challenges and delivering strategic insight that helps them unlock new opportunities
+ Responsibility for all client budgets and team revenue targets
+ Identifying potential opportunities and involvement in new business pitches
+ Always looking to stay current with the latest trends and developments in the industry, to ensure the agency is able to constantly evolve its offer
To be in with a chance of becoming their new Group Account Director, what's crucial is that you blend a clear ability to lead and inspire a young team, with a track record of delivering truly integrated marketing activity for clients.
Activity spans both b2b and consumer audiences, albeit with a bias to b2b, so solid experience of clients in this space is important, as is a strong commercial awareness.
