We're looking for a super talented Digital / UX / CX Designer to join one of the most highly regarded digital teams outside London.
To be in with a chance of landing this awesome gig, you'll need to be a proven digital creative who can lead the way in designing and creating cutting edge user experiences for wide ranging digital solutions.
We're looking for a digital creative who thinks beyond the traditional digital boundaries, who has a clear view on how the digital ecosystem is developing, with human centred design thinking as your core focus. As such it's important that you have strong UI / UX / CX skills so that the customer sits at the heart of your approach to design, whether that's for a new product, service, or site.
If successful you'll be working as an integral part of one of the best digital creative teams in the Midlands, across a portfolio of instantly recognisable brands. You'll be a lateral thinker who loves to push the boundaries of digital design and user experience and who is always at the forefront of developments in the digital space.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you planning and designing exceptional user experiences for equally exceptional brands, redefining customer journeys, and looking at how to simplify through innovation.
You will be a passionate advocate of UX with a clear creative flair and an ability to tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use solutions. To be considered you'll need a track record in user centred design: wire-framing, prototyping, visual design and any experience of user research and usability testing will be a distinct advantage. You'll relish playing an integral role on projects and will be a real self starter. Any video editing experience would be a welcome bonus.
