Taking the lead on all CRM strategy across multiple communication channels, the role of CRM Manager will create a best in class CRM programme that builds understanding of customers, drives conversion and increases overall customer value and spend - a key part of the role to drive ticket sales. You'll lead the CRM team and plan and deliver CRM strategies across the group in order to encourage customer acquisition, retention and frequency.

We're looking for someone with demonstrable experience of establishing and successfully developing and implementing multi-channel CRM strategies, ideally from scratch, and with its associated analytics, working in a consumer driven environment with a diverse target audience. With a passion for data you'll have experience spanning across email, direct mail, SMS and will boast a proven track record in the field. With a solid understanding of customer life-cycle and behaviour you'll deliver against KPI's, will be very data driven and will Understand CRM as part of the wider marketing mix.

You'll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders - both internally and externally - so will need to have an outgoing, personable nature.
