My client, a reputable digital agency based in Birmingham City Centre, are looking for a Digital Content Strategist to join with them for a six week period onsite with one of their key financial clients. Joining a talented and experienced multi-skilled digital team, you will help to define the digital offering and support the transformation onto a new platform from a CX/UX perspective.
As an experienced planner/strategist with solid digital and content experience you will play a key part in the following areas:-
- Work collaboratively to develop content strategies
- Define and develop the customer journey
- Engage with a diverse customer audience and attract new audiences through research
- Help to implement a creative and inspiring customer experience
- Optimise SEO and distribute efficiently
And what are we looking for in you
- An experienced planner who has solid knowledge of brand content development and positioning
-Experience of content eco-systems and journeys
- Strong analytical skills and insight into UX/CX journeys
- A pragmatic thinker who can cut through complexity
- Strong understanding of search and how to develop SEO optimised content
- Experience working in a similar content strategist role within a digital agency
- Previous experience working with financial services clients would be advantageous
