Pitch is delighted to have partnered with the incredible team at CWA and is supporting them in the hunt for an SEO Lead to join their growing team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an SEO Specialist to join a team during a hugely exciting period of growth. CWA is investing heavily in its team and bolstering their divisions with specialist talent enabling them to grow and evolve as the market moves.

The SEO Lead is a key hire for the business so they’re keen to secure top quality talent who can deliver across the full spectrum of SEO skills. This individual will spearhead their organic search services, providing strategic resolutions for all SEO challenges.
+ Day to day you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing data-driven SEO strategies, ensuring technical soundness, and driving organic traffic and conversions for our clients. This will include:
· Conducting keyword research and competitive analysis to identify ranking opportunities
· Develop comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives
· Creating detailed sitemaps and content plans to optimise website structure and content for search
+ Technical SEO Optimisation:
· Analyse website architecture and identify technical issues impacting search engine
· visibility
· Implement technical SEO solutions to improve website crawlability, indexing, and mobile friendliness
· Collaborate with developers to ensure website code adheres to SEO best practices.
+ Content Optimisation & Link Building:
· Develop and manage content marketing strategies to attract organic traffic and backlinks
· Create high-quality content that is optimised for target keywords and user intent
· Build relationships and secure backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites
To be considered you’ll need 3-5 years’ work of SEO experience, excellent communication skills and exposure to working as part of an integrated team would be a massive benefit. Ability to think commercially, have strong decision analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a team-orientated attitude.
· Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices
· Proficient in using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs,
· Moz. Semrush)
· Experience working with international SEO and managing multilingual campaigns.
· Passion for SEO and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
