To help us stay on top, we need an Office Administrator to keep us all in check, makes sure the cogs turn and keep the energy and culture alive.
You don’t need to be in the world of recruitment, you just need to be a fantastic organiser and multi-tasking genius who wants to become part of small but mighty energetic team.
Not everyone will fit the bill. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Proven track record in an Office Admin or support/admin role, preferably within a fast paced, commercially focused environment.
Excellent telephone and face to face rapport building skills
A multitasking whiz
Proficient with basic Office packages and confident troubleshooting day to day IT issues. We use Macs & iPhones so experience on Apple products & software would be very beneficial but not essential.
Accurate, strong numeracy and literacy skills.
Able to motivate others with enthusiasm and commitment to best practice.
Excellent negotiation skills.
