Pitch recruit across all disciplines and all sectors within the Marketing, PR, Digital and Creative industries. For the last 10 years we have been working with everyone from major international brands, to small growing businesses, specialist independent agencies to global networks across the UK regions from our Birmingham and Manchester offices.
Our Manchester office opened two years ago and with its continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Recruitment Consultant to help strengthen the management team.
As Managing Consultant you will work closely with the Directors in shaping the service and Pitch’s positioning within the North West. As a small but growing office, this is still a billing role so you must be able to identify, secure and retain business at mid-weight to senior level. You will be supported by Consultants and Resourcers but you must be in your element operating a 360 desk and relish securing senior assignments.
To be considered as Managing Consultant, you must have a track record of recruiting, training and coaching Resourcers and Junior Consultants. The job will have reports and as the team grows, there will be further opportunity to take on more people in your team.
You will also come with experience of Marketing, PR, Digital or Creative recruitment. We look for people with a passion for the industry and eagerness to be involved and give back.
