A top branding agency in Bristol require a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join their team.
You will not find another agency like this in the region as they are a well respected branding agency and work with a range of global consumer FMCG brands whom they have delivered multiple award winning campaigns for. Due to their recent success and rapid growth, this agency are now a mid-sized, consisting of down to earth creatives, account handlers, digital specialists and strategists. Culturally, it's a really fantastic place to work despite having multiple award wins to their name they simply don't do egos. Due to growth they are recruiting for a number of different creative roles including this Senior Designer role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Design and Creative Directors across multiple big clients
- Concept creation through to delivering polished work of a high standard
- New business
- Line management
- Delegating work and making sure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
The Ideal Candidate:
- Have at least 5 years experience within a similar agency
- Have branding and packaging experience
- Line management and development experience
- Strong with strategy and planning
