Full service marketing and communications agency in Birmingham are experiencing brilliant growth within their PR team and are now recruiting for a PR Account Executive.
This agency is one of the Midland's fastest growing agencies and are one of the top rated outside of London. They are a mid sized team of passionate account handlers, digital specialists, developers, PRs and creatives. They have lots of great regional, national and international clients across a range of sectors such as retail, food & drink, home interest and gardening sectors that wont fail to impress. Their PR team are going through some very exciting growth across both the B2B and consumer teams so they are now looking for a PR Account Executive to join the consumer team where they will be given a plan to outline training and development to progress to the next step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Account Managers on a number of key consumer accounts in the retail, home interest and gardening sectors
- Build relationships with the key members of the media and influencers
- Draft press releases
- Provide reports to showcase results to clients
- Run a reactive press office for clients
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 years consumer agency experience
- It would be desirable but not essential to have home interest product placement experience and have some media contacts within this sector
- Nation campaign experience would be a massive plus
- Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail
