Leading Birmingham agency are on the search for an established Account Manager to come on board and work on a big retail account where they oversee CRM projects ahead of Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas.
This agency are one of the largest in Birmingham and have some really impressive clients in their portfolio some of whom are global brands. There are lots progression opportunities on offer and this candidate will be exposed to the wider teams within the agency such as the PR and social team, creative, development and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be one of the main points of contact on a large retail account (well known UK retailer
- Oversee the strategy of direct marketing campaigns across CRM, email marketing and print collateral
- Oversee the whole process from brief through to delivery
- Making sure projects are delivered on time within budget and to a high standard
- Support with new business and pitches
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will be an established Account Manager within an agency
- Direct marketing experience
- Retail experience would be a massive plus but not essential
- Enthusiastic and ready to hit the ground running
