We're recruiting on behalf of a diverse, creative agency, based in Leicestershire. The agency is an international brand communication and retail agency. The agencies client base includes world-renowned brands within the fashion, sport, outdoor, leisure & automotive sectors.
We're looking for a Senior Retail Interior, Events & Exhibition designer, to be a creative lead, ensuring out clients have an unrivalled creative experience.
This role requires previous experiences of working with big retail brands, creating 3D concepts, visualisations, and experiences for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the creative vision within the retail team
- Creating beautiful and unique shopping experiences for clients (e.g Nike, flagship store)
- Leading creative pitches and mentoring junior members of the team
- Work closely with project managers to successfully delivery projects
- Oversee completion of 3D design projects
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in retail & exhibition design
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- In depth knowledge of customer shopping instincts and customer journey flow
- Proficient using various software packages: Keyshot, C4D, 3DS max (some flexibility around this)
- Portfolio containing relevant work experience
