Our client, based in Derbyshire are looking for a senior account manager to join their very established account handling team. The agency has multiple offices and are a creative specialist agency, within the retail industry.
The senior account manager will join the growing client services team and will work cross-discipline, with their team of designers from strategic planning, concept ideas, implementation through to production and measurement of results. Also known as concept to delivery!
The agency has a very unique culture, which has stemmed from their incredibly collaborative working environment.
The successful candidate will lead and motivate project teams, as well as mentoring and developing junior members of the team. The role will also include managing global brand and advertising campaigns, across various channels.
Required experience & skills:
- Minimum 4 years' experience within a design/advertising agency
- Educated to a degree level, ideally within marketing/business/design
- Experience of following a campaign from concept to delivery
- Knowledge/experience of working across retail and branding projects
- Superb client services experience
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify risk and plan accordingly
