One of Birmingham's most established Marketing and Communications agency are on the hunt for an experienced Business Development Manager to come in and drive their new business development programme.
This agency has a fantastic reputation within the industry for delivering excellent B2B campaigns for their clients in a range of sectors. They are an integrated agency and have account handling, PR, creative and digital teams that all work collaboratively together to produce excellent work. In the last year they have been very busy and have won lots of new business and they are looking to continue this growth into 2019 so they are now creating their first role for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an annual new business and marketing strategy
- Research, identify and develop prospects and turn them into future clients for the agency
- Manage the agencies own marketing and social media
- Maintain all key new business assets
- Lead and support new business pitches
- Attend networking events
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within a B2B PR and Marketing environment and ideally within an agency setting
- Quantitative and qualitative research experience
- Will keep up to date with the latest industry news and trends
- Fantastic writing skills
- Can showcase experience building relationships and creating opportunities with potential clients
