Our client is Birmingham based and offers direct home trade services. They are looking for a Marketing Manager who will come in and be a strong brand ambassador. With 2 direct reports, you should have leadership qualities and have experienced in the Marcomms mix.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing all marketing activities
Develop the Marketing strategies including Communications
Oversee the company's marketing budget
Plan and implement promotional campaigns
Manage agencies
Analyse ROI on campaigns and evaluate
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to take that next step into a Manager role. You should have 2-3 years experience in Marketing positions and be passionate about leading a brands marketing plan. Due to having direct reports, you should be a clear and confident communicator both written and verbal. Due to the nature of the business, you should be inquisitive and research the industry and new marketing techniques. Our client ideally would like somebody with a background in B2C, experience in B2C and B2B would be a bonus!
