This leading professional services firm are urgently looking for a talented Bid Manager to work closely with the Business Development Manager and take control of the entire bid process. You'll need excellent marketing skills along with a strong commercial awareness and a proven background in a similar role within a leading professional services company.
If successful you'll manage all elements of the bid process and will ensure the team produces the most compelling propositions for tender responses. As such, you'll be a good team leader and able to get the very best out of colleagues, whilst working with key internal stakeholders to ensure that objectives are clearly defined. You'll be adept at identifying clients wants and needs and using these to shape proposals. Naturally, your written and verbal communication skills will have to be top notch and you'll ideally show awareness of what is required to win public sector tenders.
