Junior Video Content Producer

Our client, a leading retailer is looking for a Junior Video Content Producer to join a fast paced Digital and Advertising department. This role would sit in the content marketing sub team and requires a creative individual who can take full control of coordinating stakeholders to ensure a smooth creation and delivery of content across various channels. This content is going to be predominantly video and photography so previous experience of this is required.
The responsibilities include the following:
Write briefs - working with internal teams to create content ideas
Manage photography shoots - ordering products and managing production
Manage video briefs, through development and delivery
Work closely with Social and digital teams
Ensure all content is channel ready
Brief designers
Manage image library
Be proactive and innovative on how to deliver content
Report and analyse performance of live content
Manage brand guidelines
Be market savvy
This role does require somebody who has experience of creating video content and developing photography. I would suggest if you have been in a content role of a minimum of 18 months, that would be ideal. They need somebody who can use content management tools and work to tight deadlines whilst coordinating many projects. If you are looking for something creative but enjoy project management, then this role will suit you. It does require somebody very very organised, meticulous with detail whilst remaining creatively focused.
This role is commutable from Droitwich, Birmingham, Coventry, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Stratford Upon Avon, Alcester, Evesham, Leamington Spa, Stourbridge and Solihull.
