A Senior Project Manager needed!!
Are you a natural at building professional relationships? Do you have a broad knowledge of various printing processes? Have you got experience in a fast paced environment?
Our client, a leading production and packaging print firm are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This requires somebody with fantastic people skills, a natural leader and an individual who can multi-task.
The Senior Project Manager role will have one main goal and that is to deliver the highest quality of customer service based on KPIs and quality control.
Duties will include:
- To liaise with the client on existing, and forthcoming projects and ensureing the timelines are put together
- Oversee client briefs to optimise production.
- To liaise between the client and the production team to ensure all information is correctly interpreted
- Work on the internal systems to ensure a smooth process across all departments
- Be commercially savvy on the market
- Ensure jobs are proofed and signed off
- Demonstrate an understanding of the client and work that the client produces
- Show strong organisational skill with all aspect of their team including Holiday cover Deal with client escalation issues
- Demonstrate an understanding of the client and work that the client produces
- Demonstrate influencing skills and an ability to lead the client's decision making
