Product Manager Hertfordshire – 2 days office/3 days home £50,000 - £55,000 + benefits This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with experience in FMCG/Retail/Consumer Goods to join this recognised household brand.  This is a brand-new role within the business and sits within the marketing team, but with a lot of support and daily interaction with the NPD and innovation teams. You will have worked in a product management role previously and will play a crucial role in the development, launch and management of all product ranges across for the UK market and for international distribution. What will you be responsible for? Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of categories. Manage product concepts through the development cycle from a marketing perspective.  This includes business cases, concept tests, packaging design and pricing recommendations and ensuring readiness for launch. Manage the NPD process and the critical path for marketing tasks and delivering stage gate requirements to deadlines. Carry out continual market research on competitor landscape, consumer and customer feedback, market trends etc. Support marketing team with all product launch assets including packaging, POS, collateral, samples etc. Monitor portfolio performance.
