In many ways it's a classic ad agency set up - creative teams devising stunning concepts, designers bringing these concepts to life, artworkers making sure it all works. But we don't want designers who aren't comfortable being challenged to develop concepts themselves. Conceptual flair is an absolute must.

To be considered your book will ooze class and craft, and will contain work for a myriad of big brands. We cannot emphasise highly enough, just how well-honed your design craft needs to be - an equisite touch is paramount, coupled with the skill to take brilliant concepts and create sublime work. And if that sounds like your book, then this is one role that really shouldn't be ignored.

Naturally your mac skills will be finely honed, typography will be your best friend and you'll produce stunning ads as happily as you design stylish brochures, direct response pieces etc. A clear understanding of digital is also desirable (but not an absolute pre-requisite) - that ability to design with digital in mind, not as an afterthought, and to ensure work engage audiences across all channels.

Given the seniority of the role, we're also looking for you to have a natural ability to nurture and help develop more junior members of the team so mentoring qualities will be extremely valuable.
