With a good base of agency experience, you must have a high level of technical ability. You'll spend most of your time working closely with the creatives to ensure scamps/designs are accurately translated into finished artwork and seen through to print. It's therefore essential that you're an expert when it comes to producing first class artwork across all forms of activity, with a strong eye for detail.
It goes without saying to be successful in this role you must possess first class skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
