+ £35 - £45k (plus commission)

+ Warwickshire - 2days/week working from home

We’ve been growing our little Pitch team over the last 18 months, investing in key talent, and building a base of truly talented consultants. We’re not quite so little anymore, so we’re now ready for round two of our growth plans and that involves bringing some experience into the team.What do we want? A Managing Consultant!

For us a Managing Consultant is an autonomous individual capable of managing, growing, and developing part of our team. Leading by example and up-skilling those more junior in the right way to do things. We’re founded on the belief that there is an ethical and engaging way to do recruitment and we still believe that today, hence why your ability to manage mentor, and lead is crucial to being successful in this role.Don’t worry you’ll still get to be a hands-on recruitment consultant, joining a team with an already developed client portfolio allowing you to hit the ground running and earn with ease quickly.

Day to day you will:

• Manage, mentor, and guide your growing team.

• Deliver recruitment solutions for a range of well-loved Pitch clients.

• Invest in and grow the Pitch candidate portfolio.

• Play a key role in the strategic growth and progression of the team you sit in.

This is a big opportunity which also has much longer-term progression available to the right person, the next step is Divisional Head and there is more senior opportunities beyond this too. We’ll provide you with the right training and coaching to allow you to achieve your goals, as well as a supportive and team-orientated culture to ensure the journey to get to those goals is just as enjoyable as reaching them.
