Pitch is working exclusively with a leading communications agency based in Birmingham city centre to recruit a brilliantly talented WordPress Developer to join their growing team. This agency has seen phenomenal growth over the past eighteen months and has expanded its team steadily throughout that time. They're now looking to further strengthen their team with the addition of a Developer to help them to shape and grow their web offering.

This business works across a broad range of clients in various sectors including food and drink, education, public sector, property and charity. They have a client base brimming with exciting brands and are doing some great work both regionally and nationally. 

A team of over thirty people across different specialisms they spend their office days in a beautiful space with state of the art facilities. They are currently all working from home and envisage a really flexible approach to home working long term. Culture really is key for this agency – they have shared goals and values and genuinely love what they do. They actively encourage professional development at all levels and offer an individual training budget to support this as well as an annual weekend away, 25 days holiday and a very flexible approach to working.

As their Full-Stack Developer you’ll be:

• Developing new WordPress websites from scratch for a range of high profile clients.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting existing client websites.
• Working closely with a fantastic team of professionals, particularly a highly talented design team.
• Scoping out new projects, advising on opportunities and limitations for new site builds.

Their perfect person has/does: 

•  Previous experience in a Full-Stack Developer role, and is highly proficient in building and maintaining WordPress sites.
•  Wants to be a key part of the growth of a development department.
• Has a can-do, team focused attitude and problem solving approach.
