Pitch is working with a leading Bristol based PR & Communications agency to support them in finding a fantastic new Associate Director to join their growing B2B team.
This agency is one of the largest in the South West, a well-established and stable business with a client base full of high profile brands. They have separate teams focused on consumer and B2B/corporate PR ad work with a range of market leading brands across a variety of sectors to create and deliver PR and communications campaigns that deliver exceptional results.
This business looks after it’s people extremely well, their staff retention rate is well above the industry average and they have a strong benefits package to boot. You’ll be offered great flexibility with the need to be in the office just 2-3 days a week, 25 days holiday (which increases over time), well-being initiatives and medical cover as well as some other lovely soft benefits. They offer an environment that inspires a great team culture and the output of exceptional work but balances that well with the work/life balance that we all need, with flexibility if required.
As an Associate Director you will be:
- Heading up a team ranging from AE to AD level.
- Working on high profile PR and communications campaigns that address business challenges for a range of large corporate clients.
- Leading from a strategic perspective and overseeing delivery through your team.
- Supporting with new business pitches and focussing on driving organic growth within your set client base.
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- Is currently working at Senior PR Account Director or Associate Director level within an agency environment.
- Is highly experienced in corporate PR, working strategically with senior level stakeholders.
- Is a brilliant leader and experienced line manager.
