Pitch are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic cosmetics brand in securing a skilled Paid Social Executive to join their team. This is a new role in the business that will ideally start in January 2021.  You will work alongside a skilled digital marketing team to help bring the brand to life through key social platforms by managing and targeting paid spending and engaging content. The business have had a year of record growth and continues to invest in growing their marketing and creative teams.  

 The Paid Social Executive reports into the Digital Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and managing the strategy for paid social campaigns for multiple channels; primary Instagram and Facebook.
• Implementing campaigns and strategies and managing their production.
• Managing budgets and reporting on progress and ROI, offering suggestions for improvement when needed.
• Utilising programmatic, social, SEO and PPC practices.
• Day to day social media management and content creation. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas.

• Experience of working closely eCommerce brands to accelerate revenue growth through paid social advertising.
• Experience in developing and implementing the strategy for paid social campaigns. As well as managing their production.
• Be able to analyse data and build custom reports to proactively understand how consumers are behaving and engaging.
• Minimum 2 years of paid social ads experience.
• Experience using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
