Pitch is supporting an award winning Digital Marketing Agency in their hunt for a Lead Developer to join their team. Based in the heart of Manchester this brilliant business has had an outstanding 2020 and with plans to grow the team substantially into 2021 they need a Lead Developer to join the team and hit the ground running. The agency has an impressive client base covering inbound marketing and extensive HubSpot activity. Currently winning clients left right and centre finding the right senior developer is crucial to their growth. Culturally the business is fast paced, fun and team focused.

If successful you will be responsible for scoping/costing the development of API projects and implementing/rendering websites, leading the development of complex CMS builds, designing and delivering the backend, front-end and infrastructure of web applications and integrations for all their clients.

Requirements Include;

+ Strong HTML, CSS, Javascript & PHP skills.
+ Experience building within a CMS such as Wordpress and Hubspot (Ideally but not essential).
+ Able to write clean and maintainable code.
+ Site migration from one CMS to another.
+ Developing websites for CRM platforms.
+ Building API integrations.
+ Experience working with third-party integrations.
+ Experience with scoping & costing projects.
+ Knows the latest trends in the world of web development which can be used to push their technical offering further.
+ Experience leading and supporting a small team of developers.
+ Engage well and be proactive with clients around development needs whilst bringing new ideas to the table.

The agency is currently working primarily remote. The ideal candidate would be able to work 1-2 days from the office, however there is scope for a fully-remote role, for the right candidate.
