Events & Production Manager, Central London, £32k - £40k
Pitch are currently partnered with a global award-winning creative agency to support their search for a new Events & Production Manager to join one of their busiest and most innovative accounts.

You will be responsible for:
- Managing the technical staging, audio/visual/construction of pop up events.
- Multi tasking on a daily basis and working on ad hoc projects.
- Project budgeting and supplier management.
- Having a good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Communication across multiple internal teams, suppliers, clients, freelancers and organisers.
- Highly motivated, ambitious team player with a commitment to quality and professionalism.
To be successful you will already have:
- Experience of working in the exhibitions, live events or theatrical industries.
- Understanding of construction processes, technical staging, and audio visual.
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask projects.
- A recognised and relevant educational or professional qualification would be an advantage.
- Experience of project budgeting and supplier management.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Must be able to communicate well, have an enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients, other departments / colleagues.
- Highly motivated, ambitious team player with a commitment to quality and professionalism.
- Calm in a crisis, pro-active with good interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, patient and a good negotiator.
- Interest in general industry and technologies.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office or Google Docs software suites.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
- A basic understanding of AutoCad and Vectorworks would be an advantage.
- Available to travel internationally as required and a willingness to work occasional unsociable hours.
