Pitch are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning specialist retail and shopper marketing agency, based in the East Midlands, who are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join the team.
With a headcount of more than 100 members of staff, they are one of the larger agencies within the East Midlands and have a fantastic portfolio of clients within FMCG and retail - working with some of the hottest brands.
This role will be working on one of the agency’s newest client - one of the top 10 worlds largest companies, measured on revenues. A truly exciting time to be joining.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing client relationships, building a strong rapport with senior stakeholders
- Responding to client briefs, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and on budget
- Creative thinking, problem-solving and conceptualising project and campaign ideas for clients
- Monitoring campaigns - timelines, progress and costing
The ideal candidate:
- Strong experience working at Account Manager/Senior Account Manager level
- Vast experience within retail POS/Shopper marketing
- Able to demonstrate experience of delivering projects across the full marketing mix within a retail marketing agency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion to deliver the best service
